Every HOB ring is crafted with exceptional care and backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your jewelry has a workmanship issue, simply contact our team. We'll inspect your piece, and if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we'll repair it and restore it to excellent condition.

Our warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss or theft, or damage caused by repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than HOB.

Jewelry naturally experiences everyday wear over time. To help preserve its beauty, we offer complimentary lifetime cleaning, polishing, rhodium plating (where applicable), and professional inspections for eligible rings. Regular maintenance helps keep your jewelry looking its best and allows us to check that your settings remain secure.

For complete peace of mind, we also recommend protecting your jewelry with independent insurance, as it can provide coverage for accidental damage, loss, or theft beyond the scope of our warranty.
