We want you to feel completely confident in your HOB purchase. If your jewelry isn't quite what you expected, our returns and exchanges process is designed to be simple and straightforward.

Shop With Confidence

Choosing an engagement ring or fine jewelry is a meaningful decision, and we believe you should have the time to make it with confidence. If you need to return or exchange an eligible item, you may do so within 60 days of delivery, provided it meets our return requirements.

Please note that personalized or custom-made pieces are excluded from our standard return policy.

Exchanges Made Easy

If you'd prefer a different style, metal, or size, we're happy to help you find the perfect piece. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and ensure your new selection is one you'll love for years to come.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be returned within 60 days of delivery.

  • Be in its original, unworn condition.

  • Include the original jewelry box, packaging, and any accompanying documentation or certificates.

  • Pass our quality inspection upon receipt.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Custom & Personalized Jewelry

Because custom pieces are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Engraved jewelry

  • Custom ring sizes

  • Personalized designs

  • Specially sourced gemstones or diamonds

  • Design modifications made at your request

If an error occurs during production or your order does not match the approved specifications, we'll make it right at no additional cost.

Lifetime Care

Every eligible HOB ring is backed by our Lifetime Care Promise, which includes complimentary cleaning, polishing, and resizing (where applicable). We're committed to helping your jewelry look as beautiful as the day you received it.
